Bronach Crawley BSc PhD MPhil MSc

Bronach has over thirty years experience in occupational and clinical psychology. She is a specialist in assessment, psychological profiling, facilitation, teaching consulting skills, coaching at senior levels with teams and individuals and designing programmes to promote sustainable change. Prior to The Domino Partnership, she held roles as a University Lecturer and Clinical Psychologist at the Institute of Psychiatry, Career Development Manager in Financial Services, HR Consultant with a major consulting firm, and as the Director of Bronach Crawley Consulting. She has worked across a wide range of public and private sector organisations. She is a Director of The Domino Partnership and the author of 'The Manager's Guide to Human Beings'.

Bronach is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a member of the BPS specialist group on coaching. She completed two years in Gestalt psychotherapy training and holds both ability (level A) and personality (level B) qualifications in psychometric testing.

 

In addition to her consulting work, Bronach retains an active interest in learning disability, her original clinical area of expertise. She coaches those on the autistic spectrum to help them flourish at work, and supports those living in larger bodies to develop a healthy relationship with food.

Guy Gumbrell BA MA

Guy started his professional life in teaching but for the majority of his career he has provided team and leadership development programmes for national and multinational blue chip companies. He coaches individuals and groups and specialises in designing high impact, business focused development and change programmes. Formerly at Henley Business School, Cass Business School and most recently as Co-Director of Executive Education at Imperial College Business School, London University, Guy is now a Director of The Domino Partnership.

Guy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a masters degree in EU employment law.
